Colorfinity is developed and published by Auby Games. In this policy, “Colorfinity,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Auby Games.

This policy applies to the Colorfinity mobile game and the website at colorfinity.app. Third-party services have their own privacy policies and may act independently when processing information.

2. Information Handled by Colorfinity

Gameplay and settings data

The game stores information needed to operate and save your game. This may include:

• Level progress, scores, completed challenges, milestones, and reward history
• Coins, bombs, freezes, boosts, and other in-game items
• Daily and weekly reward progress
• Audio, vibration, privacy, and gameplay preferences
• Purchase fulfilment records used to prevent the same purchase being delivered twice

This information is normally stored locally on your device. It is not intended to identify you by name.

Optional Google Play Games cloud saving

Colorfinity can connect to Google Play Games Services to authenticate your Play Games profile and store a copy of your game progress in Google’s cloud. If cloud saving is enabled, Google may process a player identifier, authentication information, saved-game content, and related metadata. Your Google Play Games profile is managed by Google and is not a separate Colorfinity account.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play. Colorfinity may receive and store limited transaction information such as the product purchased, purchase status, transaction or purchase token, and transaction timing so that we can provide the item and prevent duplicate delivery. Auby Games does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details from Google Play.

Messages you send us

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, or support information. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve issues.

Website technical information

When you visit colorfinity.app, the website’s hosting, delivery, and security providers may automatically process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security or diagnostic logs. The website does not require an account.

3. Advertising, Mediation, and Consent

Colorfinity may show optional rewarded advertisements. Google AdMob is used as the mediation platform and may select an advertisement from Google or a supported advertising partner, including Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads. The network that serves an advertisement may vary by country, availability, consent choices, and other factors.

Advertising services may automatically collect, receive, or infer information such as:

• IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address
• Advertising ID, app-set ID, and other device or app identifiers
• Device model, operating system, language, network, and app information
• App interactions, ad impressions, ad views, taps, and reward events
• Diagnostics, performance information, crash-related data, and fraud signals

These services use information to deliver and measure advertisements, limit repeated ads, detect fraud and abuse, provide reporting, perform analytics, and improve their services. Depending on your region and choices, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or based mainly on the current app context.

Colorfinity uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent or present privacy choices where required. When a permanent privacy-options entry point is required for your region, you can reopen it from Colorfinity Settings → Privacy Settings. You can also manage advertising settings through your Android device and Google account.

4. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

• Operate the game and save or restore progress
• Authenticate optional Google Play Games cloud saving
• Process and fulfil in-app purchases
• Provide rewards after a completed rewarded advertisement
• Deliver, measure, and improve advertisements
• Detect fraud, invalid traffic, abuse, and technical problems
• Maintain security, stability, and app performance
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations

Where applicable, processing may be based on your consent, providing a feature you request, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, or compliance with law.

5. When Information Is Shared

Auby Games does not sell your personal information for money. Information may be processed or shared with service providers only as needed to operate Colorfinity, including:

• Google Play Games Services for optional authentication and cloud saves
• Google Play Billing for in-app purchases
• Google AdMob and mediated advertising partners such as Meta and Unity
• Website hosting, delivery, security, and technical service providers
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety

6. Data Retention

• Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared, reset, overwritten, or the app is uninstalled.
• Cloud-save data remains with Google Play Games until it is overwritten, reset, deleted through the available game or Google controls, or otherwise removed under Google’s retention practices.
• Purchase fulfilment records may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide purchased items, prevent duplicate delivery, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
• Support communications may be retained while resolving the request and afterward when reasonably necessary for records, security, or legal obligations.
• Advertising and other third-party providers retain information according to their own policies.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, your choices and rights may include:

• Reviewing or changing available ad privacy choices inside Colorfinity Settings
• Managing ad personalization and the advertising identifier in Android or Google settings
• Declining to watch optional rewarded advertisements
• Clearing local data, using the in-game reset feature, or uninstalling the app
• Managing or deleting Google Play Games data through Google’s services
• Requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable to information controlled by Auby Games
• Withdrawing consent where processing depends on consent

8. Children’s Privacy

Colorfinity is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly ask children to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, or similar personal details through the game. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information directly to Auby Games, please contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

9. Security and International Processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited information we handle. However, no storage or transmission method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Google, Meta, Unity, and other service providers operate internationally. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards and legal mechanisms used by those providers and applicable law.
